How we use it
We use this data to provide the gradebook service: authentication, storing grades and attendance, running tests, and displaying information to authorized users. Data is used only to operate the service and to comply with law.
Retention
We keep your data while your account or school subscription is active. See our Data Protection page for retention details. You may request export or deletion (see below).
Your rights
- Access & export: Staff can download their account data from Profile (when logged in). Schools can request a full data export by contacting support.
- Deletion: You may request account or data deletion via Support. Staff can also use Request account deletion from Profile.
- Correction: You can update your profile and, where permitted, student/school data in the app.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication) to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA credentials secure.
